Each third-party service provider has its own privacy policy governing their use of your data. We only share the minimum information necessary for each service to function.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your account information for the duration of your active subscription and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal and business obligations. Specifically:

• Account data: Retained while your account is active and for 90 days after cancellation.
• Payment records: Retained for 7 years to comply with tax and financial reporting requirements.
• Usage data: Retained for up to 24 months for analytics purposes.
• Lead delivery data: CSV files and delivery logs retained for 12 months.
