Accessibility Statement

Last updated: March 13, 2026

LeadAR, operated by Plocamium Holdings, is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We strive to continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards to our website and services.

1. Our Commitment

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.

2. Accessibility Features

LeadAR incorporates the following accessibility features:

  • Semantic HTML: Our pages use proper heading hierarchy, landmark elements, and semantic markup to support screen readers and assistive technologies.
  • Keyboard navigation: All interactive elements are accessible via keyboard, including navigation links, buttons, and form controls.
  • Color contrast: We maintain sufficient color contrast ratios between text and background colors to ensure readability.
  • Responsive design: Our website adapts to different screen sizes and supports text resizing without loss of content or functionality.
  • Clear link text: Links are descriptive and distinguishable, providing context about their destination.
  • Readable typography: We use system fonts at legible sizes with appropriate line spacing for comfortable reading.
  • Focus indicators: Interactive elements display visible focus states for keyboard navigation.

3. Accessible Delivery Format

Our primary lead delivery format is CSV (Comma-Separated Values), which is a plain-text, universally compatible format that works with screen readers, spreadsheet applications, and custom import tools. This format was chosen in part for its broad accessibility across platforms and assistive technologies.

4. Known Limitations

While we strive to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards across our website, there may be some areas that are not yet fully accessible:

  • Decorative elements: Some decorative SVG icons and visual flourishes may not include alternative text, as they are presentational and do not convey meaningful content.
  • Third-party content: Some embedded third-party tools or content (such as payment processing forms) may not fully conform to our accessibility standards. We work with our vendors to advocate for improvements.
  • PDF documents: Any PDF documents we provide may not be fully accessible. We offer alternative formats upon request.

5. Third-Party Content

Our website may integrate with or link to third-party services, including payment processors and email service providers. While we select partners that share our commitment to accessibility, we cannot guarantee full WCAG compliance of third-party content. If you encounter accessibility barriers with any third-party component on our site, please let us know so we can work with the provider or offer an alternative.

6. Feedback and Assistance

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of LeadAR. If you encounter any accessibility barriers, need information in an alternative format, or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us:

Email: leads@leadar.io
Subject line: "Accessibility Feedback"

We will make reasonable efforts to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days and to resolve reported issues as quickly as possible.

7. Continuous Improvement

We view accessibility as an ongoing effort. We regularly review our website and services against WCAG guidelines, incorporate accessibility into our development process, and train our team on accessibility best practices. We are committed to evolving our accessibility practices as standards and technologies advance.
