Payment Terms

These Payment Terms describe the billing, payment, and refund policies for the LeadAR service operated by Plocamium Holdings. These terms supplement our Terms of Service and form part of your agreement with us.

1. Subscription Pricing

LeadAR is offered as a monthly subscription service. Our standard plan starts at $2,500 per month. Custom pricing may be available for expanded territory coverage, higher lead volumes, or enterprise requirements. Your specific subscription rate will be confirmed in writing before your service begins.

2. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Debit cards
  • ACH bank transfers (for annual or enterprise plans)
  • Wire transfers (for annual or enterprise plans, by arrangement)

All payments are processed securely through our payment processor. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

3. Billing Cycle

  • Billing frequency: Subscriptions are billed monthly, in advance, on the same calendar date each month (your "billing date").
  • First payment: Your first payment is due at the time of subscription activation, before any lead data is delivered.
  • Recurring charges: Subsequent payments are automatically charged to your payment method on each billing date.
  • Billing receipts: A receipt will be sent to your registered email address after each successful payment.

4. Late Payment

If a scheduled payment fails:

  • Grace period: We provide a 5-day grace period to resolve payment issues. Lead delivery continues during this period.
  • Service suspension: If payment is not received within 5 days, lead delivery will be paused until the outstanding balance is settled.
  • Retry attempts: We may automatically retry the charge up to 3 times during the grace period.
  • Account termination: Accounts with payments overdue by more than 30 days may be terminated. Any outstanding balance remains due.

If you anticipate a payment issue, contact us at leads@leadar.io before your billing date and we will work with you to find a resolution.

5. Refund Policy

  • Service issues: If we fail to deliver lead data for a scheduled delivery period due to a service error on our end, you are eligible for a prorated credit or refund for the affected period.
  • Cancellation: No refunds are issued for partial months when you cancel your subscription. Your service remains active through the end of your current billing period.
  • Data quality: Because lead data is inherently variable and provided for informational purposes, we do not offer refunds based on lead quality, conversion rates, or business outcomes.
  • Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. If we increase your subscription rate:

  • We will provide at least 30 days written notice via email before the new rate takes effect.
  • The new rate will apply starting with your next billing cycle after the notice period.
  • If you do not agree with the price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new rate takes effect without penalty.

Promotional or introductory rates, if offered, will clearly state the duration and the standard rate that applies afterward.

7. Cancellation

  • Cancel anytime: There are no long-term contracts. You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing leads@leadar.io.
  • Effective date: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to receive lead deliveries through the remainder of the period you have already paid for.
  • Confirmation: We will send a cancellation confirmation email with the date your service will end.
  • Reactivation: You may reactivate your subscription at any time, subject to current pricing.

8. Taxes

All prices are quoted exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for any sales tax, use tax, value-added tax (VAT), or other taxes or government-imposed fees applicable to your subscription, except for taxes based on Plocamium Holdings' net income. If we are required to collect taxes, they will appear as a separate line item on your invoice.

9. Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at leads@leadar.io within 30 days of the charge date. We will investigate and resolve billing disputes promptly. We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company, as chargebacks may result in account suspension.
